[365 Days of Extraordinary] Day 2 Transcript: Have A Cuddle Everyday

So one of the things I want to do on my Facebook Lives apart from, I guess, getting more confidence and actually doing this, is sharing a little bit about my manifesto for life with you and what it means to me.

So that I thought today I’d do, well, have a cuddle every day, because I’ve been having cuddles today. Because I have a very sick Elodie, and that meant my day changed, I was at home, no makeup, hanging with her, working. But when she wanted it, when she needed it, or when I wanted it, having a cuddle.

It’s funny. Cuddles do everything for up here and in here. So they get your heart pumping, your blood pumping. They fill your heart with love. They get the endorphins going. They give you a bit of a dopamine rush. I really just actually think everyone should have a cuddle every day.
