The real me

Here’s a bit of the unfiltered version:

• I was diagnosed with ADHD at 46 - suddenly so much made sense!
• I’ve battled weight my whole life, hitting 140+kgs at one point. People assumed I was lazy. I wasn’t. I was broken. And like many of us, I found the magic in getting unbroken.
• I’m a single mum to a fabulous daughter, plus fur-mum to a ginger cat and a chocolate Labrador.
• I love to travel, sing, sail, and throw over-the-top dinner parties (been writing party budgets since I was 6).
• I adore my friends & family.
• I believe everyone should add great sex to their personal development toolbox (yep even spoke on a TedX stage about that).
• I love to make fabulous cakes for people when I can.
• Wine: pink. Champagne: French. Coffee: strong. Skincare: Let’s be frank… of course.

My friends will tell you I’ve been giving personal development talks for decades, whether on stage at 2am in a cabaret bar, in a phone chat, or now: online, in keynotes and coaching sessions. It’s always been the same: a song with a message, a story with a point - the lesson from life and multiple 6 figures spent on my own education and self-development journey.

I was born to Entertain, Educate, and Empower. It’s who I am on and off stage.
